On Finding the Elements Behind My Work

I never set out to build a system. These packs began as simple pages : grounding tools, healing spaces, small structures for clarity. But while moving between them, a pattern surfaced: each pack carried its own temperature, its own breath, its own element. Once I saw it, I couldn’t unsee it - and the whole shape of Sukira shifted.

These packs were never meant to become a system.

In the beginning they were just pages

tools for grounding,

spaces for healing,

structures for clarity.

But at some point, while moving between them,

I noticed something I hadn’t put into words:

Each pack carried a temperature.

A weight.

A breath.

A rhythm.

Mind & Therapy felt like water.

It softened everything it touched.

It loosened tight places.

It helped feelings move again.

Lifestyle & Balance felt like earth.

Steady.

Quiet.

Holding the daily life with both hands.

A place to come back to.

Growth & Rise felt like fire.

Focused.

Directional.

A warm push forward

that needed to be held with care so it wouldn’t burn.

I didn’t plan this.

But the more I looked,

the clearer it became:

These packs weren’t just different themes.

They were different elements.

Water.

Earth.

Fire.

And suddenly the whole structure of Sukira shifted.

It wasn’t random.

It wasn’t scattered.

It was cyclical.

Just like the phases of the moon.

Just like the rhythm of a woman’s month.

Just like the way energy moves in real life.

So I accepted it.

I let the elements speak.

I let the packs take their natural place.

And when the fourth element - air - finally showed up,

in the pieces that would later become the Inspiration & Vision Pack

I realized something simple and beautiful:

These weren’t just planners.

They were becoming a living system.

A cycle.

A way of moving through life without breaking yourself.

Water to soften.

Earth to settle.

Fire to rise.

Air to imagine again.

Everything made sense after that.
